Responsibilities
- A Learning Support Assistant provides both classroom and one-on-one support to help students stay focused and engaged.

- A Learning Support Assistant collaborates with the class teacher to tailor learning strategies.
- As a Learning Support Assistant you will offer emotional support, boosting confidence and encouraging self-esteem.
- Learning Support Assistants track and monitor progress, working closely with the school's SENCO to develop and review individualised support plans.
