Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (Year 3)
Location: Chiswick, London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, fixed-term until July 2026 (with the potential to become permanent from September 2026)
About the Role
We are looking for a committed and caring 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our Key Stage 2 team in Chiswick. You will be working directly with a child in Year 3, providing personalised support to help them access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 support to a child in Year 3, adapting learning tasks to their individual needs
- Support the child with both academic progress and social/emotional development
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies and interventions
- Encourage independence and resilience in learning
- Build positive relationships with the child, their family, and external professionals where necessary

- Experience working with children in Key Stage 2, ideally in a 1:1 or SEND support role
