Learning Support Assistant | Waltham Forest | £82.14 – £100/day | September 2025
Reeson Education is recruiting a committed Learning Support Assistant to join primary schools across Waltham Forest from September 2025. This is a great opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them succeed in the classroom.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you\’ll work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have SEN, including autism (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Schools in Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford are seeking dedicated staff who can provide personalised support.
Key Information
- Daily rate: £82.14 – £100
- Full-time, term-time only role starting September 2025
- Work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 supporting SEN and mainstream pupils
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure progress
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
