Key Stage 2 Teacher Required January 2026 Full Time - Experienced - M3

Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for a teaching opportunity within a supportive and vibrant school community? If so, we would love to hear from you! We are working with an outstanding and high-achieving primary school in Brent that is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher from January 2026.

Responsibilities of this Key Stage 2 Teacher role:

  • Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives.
  • Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
  • Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non-core subjects.
  • Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.
  • Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.

The Ideal Candidate for this Key Stage 2 Teacher role will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Be committed to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
