Supporting young people aged 16 - 19 years with Learning Difficulties in a Special Needs 6th Form provision.
Working hours are from 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday, with positions available for full-time, part-time, and ad-hoc work.
We are seeking passionate and professional Support Workers who provide the best care and support for their clients. Experience in supporting those with Learning difficulties, Mental Health, and/or Physical disabilities is preferred.
Main Duties:
- Working in collaboration with your team to deliver the highest quality of care
- Following students' specific care plans
- Teaching skills for independent living such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- Supporting students' social and behavioural development
Skills Needed:
- Experience working within an assisted living facility, SEN School, or Care home
- Positive and caring attitude with excellent communication skills
- Reliability and a strong team/work ethic
