Reeson Education is partnering with a specialist Islington setting to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support KS4 and KS5 students aged 14–19 with autism and behavioural needs.
You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to build positive relationships, promote calm and constructive behaviour, and help learners access vocational courses that prepare them for life beyond school.
