An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a highly respected and forward-thinking primary school in the heart of Kensington. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and senior staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences and provide targeted support across the school.

The Role
- Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 1 and 2
- Lead small group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate progress
- Cover classes during teacher absence or release time, delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment under the direction of teaching staff
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities, events, and enrichment programmes
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience)
- Have proven experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
