The school has a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and dedicated Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to oversee the effective running of a year group, including the achievement, progress, attendance and pastoral support for all pupils within their year. The post holder will also provide high quality leadership of the pastoral team and the year group, and contribute to the leadership capacity of the Academy.
