About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team. This is a varied and rewarding role combining classroom support, lunchtime supervision, and small group wellbeing interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils in reading, maths, and classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant.
• Deliver small group wellbeing interventions as a Teaching Assistant in the afternoons.
• As a Teaching Assistant you will supervise lunchtimes, encouraging positive play and healthy eating.
• As a teaching Assistant you will provide feedback to teachers and maintain accurate observations of pupil progress.

What We\’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children (school experience preferred).
• Caring, calm, and patient with strong interpersonal skills.
• As a teaching Assistant you will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English and Maths skills.
• Excellent behaviour management and understanding of safeguarding.
