Role Overview - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will support children's learning and development through engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework. The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will play a key role in helping children build confidence and develop essential skills within this Havering setting.
Responsibilities of the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Deliver engaging support as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner through play and structured activities
- Support children's development across EYFS areas
- Maintain a safe and positive environment as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Requirements for the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential)
- Previous experience as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and EYFS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and caring approach as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
