A well-established and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking an experienced HLTA to join their specialist SEN provision from September 2026. This HLTA role will be based within the school's dedicated SEN unit, which supports pupils with autism, communication needs and moderate to complex learning difficulties. The provision offers small class sizes, high staffing ratios and a highly structured environment designed to support pupils both academically and socially.
The successful HLTA will work closely with the SEN Teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions, lead small group learning and support the day-to-day running of the provision. There will also be opportunities to cover lessons within the unit and support staff development across the team.
