Reeson Education are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Greenford. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant with SEND experience who is passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate:
- Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school
- Has experience supporting children with SEND
- Is patient, caring and nurturing
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Is confident providing one-to-one and small-group support
- Has a genuine passion for education and supporting children's development
The role:
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support
- Supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them access the curriculum
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team
- Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
