What We're Looking For in an English Teacher: A relevant teaching qualification, such as QTS, QTLS, PGCE or an appropriate FE teaching qualification. Experience teaching English to secondary or post-16 learners. GCSE English or Functional Skills English teaching experience would be beneficial.
