A SENDCO is needed in an All Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London. This SENDCO position will be full time and permanent.
Duties and responsibilities for this SENDCO post will include but not be limited to:
- Managing the overall operations of the SEND department
- Working alongside SLT to refine the direction of SEND in the school
- Developing and implementing IEPs, EHCPs and Action Plans for pupils
- Ensuring the school is meeting the statutory requirements for SEND provisions and support
- Liaising with Support Staff regularly to effectively guide them in their day to day support of pupils
