A SENDCO is needed in an All Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London. This SENDCO position will be full time and permanent.

Duties and responsibilities for this SENDCO post will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the overall operations of the SEND department
  • Working alongside SLT to refine the direction of SEND in the school
  • Developing and implementing IEPs, EHCPs and Action Plans for pupils
  • Ensuring the school is meeting the statutory requirements for SEND provisions and support
  • Liaising with Support Staff regularly to effectively guide them in their day to day support of pupils

The starting salary for this SENDCO role will be £47470, with higher salaries potentially being offered for those with the relevant levels of experience.
