Reeson Education is seeking a confident Behaviour Mentor to join a focused school environment in Rotherham (S66) from September 2026.

You will provide targeted one-to-one and small-group guidance, helping pupils stay focused and manage challenges within established behaviour frameworks.

The role requires strong communication, resilience, and an independent working style, with the ability to collaborate with teachers and external agencies as needed.
