ASAP start for an outstanding school in West London. This Education Welfare Officer post is to start ASAP and will be offered on a full-time basis. The role is to promote positive attitudes towards regular school attendance on the part of students and their parents/carers. To improve levels of student attendance and engagement. To monitor and report on whole-school attendance data, analysing data to identify key areas of concern. To work closely with pupils, staff, parents and carers to reduce levels of absence, and act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue.

Key Responsibilities
- To be responsible for supporting and monitoring attendance throughout the school.
- To oversee the daily attendance and ensure clear communication with the admin team when absence is reported.
- To contribute to the emotional, physical, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of all students through the delivery of a variety of interventions.
- To be an excellent role model to students through exemplary behaviour, conduct, dress, attendance and punctuality.
