The Role:
Supporting children across Nursery and/or Reception
Delivering high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework
Supporting children\’s social, emotional and educational development
Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team
Observing, assessing and contributing to learning journals
Creating a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment
Supporting routines, transitions and personal care where required
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years or BA in Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent)
Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Previous experience working within a school or early years setting
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
