Reeson Education is recruiting for a nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant primary school in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire. This Early Years Practitioner role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and supporting their early development across the local area including Cheshunt and surrounding communities.
The Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you\βll be working with children in EYFS, supporting their learning through play and helping them develop key skills in a warm, nurturing environment. This Early Years Practitioner position involves working alongside teachers to create engaging activities and support children with additional needs including SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting children\βs learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
Assisting with planning and delivering creative, play-based activities
Providing care and support for young learners, including those with SEN or developmental delays
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Observing and recording children\βs progress to inform next steps in learningWhat We\βre Looking For:
Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (essential)
Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a school or nursery setting
