Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3) β Full TimeSouth Croydon | March Start | Long Term
Reeson Education is working in partnership with a welcoming early years setting in South Croydon that is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting in March.
This role will involve working flexibly across the Baby Room, Toddlers and Pre-School, supporting children's learning, care and development in line with the EYFS framework. Due to DfE staffing ratio requirements, a Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Be confident supporting children across 0-5 age ranges
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Support daily routines including learning activities, personal care and wellbeing
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
- Have up-to-date safeguarding training or be willing to complete this
