Level 2 or 3 Nursery assistant to work in a mainstream primary school in Ealing, London.
Working hours: 8:30am – 4pm, Monday through Friday, term time only. Start ASAP until July with potential to become a permanent position in September.
Salary: £90‑£110 per day (£450‑£550 weekly, inclusive of holiday pay at 12.07%).
Responsibilities
- Support children in the nursery with learning, set activities and general care.
- Support children during the final term of the academic year and help prepare them for the transition into reception.
- Cover nursery class, hold interventions with small groups and run clubs across the school (for experienced assistants).
- Assist with other duties as required by the school.
Qualifications
- Qualified early years practitioner.
- Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
- Passion for providing children with high quality education and preparation for reception.
- Experience and confidence in working with young children preferred.
