A welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Lambeth is looking to appoint a proactive Teaching Assistant to support targeted intervention programmes across Key Stage 2. This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping pupils build confidence and close learning gaps. Working alongside class teachers and the school's inclusion team, you will deliver structured intervention sessions in reading, writing and mathematics, supporting pupils who would benefit from additional academic guidance.

The successful Teaching Assistant will become an integral part of the KS2 team, helping pupils make strong progress while promoting independence and a positive attitude towards learning.

The Role

  • Deliver small-group and one-to-one interventions across Key Stage 2
  • Support pupils with literacy, numeracy and comprehension activities
