Role Overview - Early Years Teacher

As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum that supports children's development across all areas of learning. The Early Years Teacher will create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel confident to explore and grow.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Teacher

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons as an Early Years Teacher following the EYFS framework
  • Support children's development across communication, physical, and social skills
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive environment as an Early Years Teacher
  • Monitor and assess progress in line with EYFS expectations
  • Work closely with support staff and parents

Requirements for the Early Years Teacher

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working as an Early Years Teacher or within EYFS
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development
  • A caring and patient approach to teaching
  • Passion for supporting young learners as an Early Years Teacher
