As an SEMH Teacher, you will lead classes with clear routines, targeted interventions, and a strong behaviour framework. You will deliver practical, structured teaching that builds resilience, discipline, and academic engagement in pupils who respond best to steady, authoritative instruction.
Key Responsibilities- Planned Instruction: Deliver structured, engaging lessons tailored to SEMH learners.

As an SEMH Teacher, you will need:
- Proven experience teaching SEMH, KS3, alternative provision, or similar structured settings.

- Solid decision-making skills and a proactive, independent approach.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply through Reeson Education.
- Competitive daily rate of 160-220 depending on experience.
