About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for children in EYFS with additional needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities.
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, encouraging independence and confidence.
- Assist with implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and targeted interventions.
- Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
About You
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in EYFS, is highly desirable.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) are an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
