The Role

  • Lead the delivery and development of GCSE Business.
  • Teach Computing across Key Stage 3.
  • Drive high standards of teaching, learning and achievement within the department.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE level.
  • Be confident teaching Computing at Key Stage 3.
  • Demonstrate a track record of excellent classroom practice and strong pupil outcomes.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Be passionate about raising achievement and inspiring young people.

Previous middle leadership experience would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates able to demonstrate the leadership qualities required for the role.
