The Role
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to ensure all children are supported.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable and passionate about children's education.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- Is committed to creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
- Is available to start immediately.
