Overview

Alternative Provision Setting for students with SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health). This is an Alternative Education school catering to students in Years 9, 10 and 11 who have not coped or have been excluded from mainstream school. They can display challenging behaviours.

The Role

  • Multiple opportunities for Tutors - subjects required include Maths, Science, Health and Social Care, Childcare/Child Development.
  • Teaching required up to GCSE and BTEC Level.
  • This is a full-time role - Monday to Friday, during school hours.
  • Tutors ideally need to work a timetable across both sites, so must be able to drive to travel to both the Romford and Basildon sites.
  • A clear and valid DBS check is required.
  • We are looking for Tutors with a passion for working with disengaged young people!
