Teachers with Year 4 or wider Key Stage 2 experience are especially encouraged to get in touch. - Using assessment to identify gaps and adapt teaching.
- Establishing clear routines and a positive classroom environment.

- Uses assessment and feedback to help pupils make progress.
- Can adapt teaching for pupils with different learning needs.
- Builds productive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
