A supportive Lambeth primary school is seeking a Pastoral Support Assistant to work with pupils across upper KS2 who require emotional and behavioural support to fully access learning. This is a non-class-based role, focused on wellbeing, regulation, and re-engagement rather than academic intervention alone.

As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will support pupils during transitions, deliver short wellbeing sessions, and provide targeted one-to-one support following incidents of dysregulation. You will work closely with the SENCo and pastoral lead as part of a well-established inclusion team.
