Job Description: Attendance and behaviour administrator for an outstanding school in West London. To provide high-quality administrative support to the Behaviour and Attendance Teams, ensuring that accurate data is recorded, monitored, and used effectively to promote excellent attendance, punctuality, and behaviour across the school. The postholder will work closely with the SLT, Attendance Officer, Education Welfare Officer (EWO), and Pastoral Support Workers to support early intervention, track student engagement, and help secure positive outcomes for all students.
Responsibilities:
- Record, maintain and update data for attendance and punctuality of pupils
- Communicate with parents and carers of pupils in regard to absence, when necessary
- Work with the wider team to effectively resolve issues that cause pupils absences
- Contact the Local Authority when needed
Qualifications: Applications are welcome from attendance and behaviour administrators at any stage in their career. All applicants will ideally have experience of working in a school environment as an attendance and behaviour administrator.
