This would be a great opportunity for a qualified teacher who enjoys working with students on an individual basis and is confident adapting their teaching to suit a young person's individual learning needs. The role: 1:1 Business Studies and Maths tuition Every Thursday 2 hours per week School-based tuition South East London £40 per hour Ongoing tuition Support with both Business Studies and MathsWe are looking for a tutor who: Holds UK QTS Has experience teaching Business Studies and Maths Is confident delivering engaging 1:1 tuition Can adapt lessons and resources to the student's individual level and learning needs Is able to build a positive and professional relationship with the student Can plan and deliver structured sessions with clear learning objectives Is reliable, consistent and able to commit to the weekly Thursday session Has a strong understanding of supporting students working towards formal qualificationsThe successful tutor will be responsible for planning and delivering individualised tuition, adapting resources where required and supporting the student to develop their subject knowledge, confidence and academic progress. You will also be expected to maintain accurate attendance records and provide regular feedback following tuition sessions to help monitor the student's engagement and progress.
