Are you experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and ready to make a meaningful impact every day? We are currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive team in Bolton. This is an immediate start role and requires a full UK driving licence.

Your Role

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour and build confidence
  • Implement tailored strategies to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent support
  • Monitor progress and celebrate achievements with pupils and staff
  • Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, independence, and self-belief

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
