The KS3 Subject Specialist Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality, autism-informed teaching in Science to pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs. The post holder will adapt the KS3 curriculum to meet the individual needs of pupils in a small-class specialist setting, ensuring learning is accessible, meaningful, and ambitious while supporting pupils' communication, emotional regulation, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, adapted lessons.
- Adapt the KS3 curriculum to meet the needs of pupils with ASC and associated needs.
