About the Cover Supervisor Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task. You will follow lesson plans provided and maintain a focused and disciplined classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities as Cover Supervisor:
- Lesson Supervision: Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure pupils stay on task with their work.
- Classroom Management: Maintain strong behaviour management and uphold school policies.
- Student Engagement: Encourage participation and support pupils in completing assigned tasks.
