About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a reputable alternative provision in Bury. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Behaviour Mentor:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.
  • Implement tailored behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
