Alternative Provision with a strong emphasis on pastoral support seeks a Behaviour Mentor. This role is based at a Barking Alternative Provision and caters to students in Years 9, 10 and 11 who have not coped or have been excluded from mainstream school.
Join the dedicated Pastoral and Behaviour team who work alongside teachers and tutors. School places high importance on mentoring, personal development and work‑experience opportunities for pupils.
Full‑time role: Monday‑Friday, school hours.
Trials will be held ASAP; a clear and valid DBS check is required. We are looking for people with a passion for working with disengaged young people.
