The Role:
The school is looking for two graduates with SEN experience to join as Teaching Assistants, working with children that have a wide range of learning difficulties. The school provides a safe, nurturing, and educationally stimulating environment for pupils with moderate to severe special educational needs.
The Teaching Assistant role will involve closely working with experienced class teachers to support pupils' learning, helping to raise attainment and access learning. This will include academic tuition with a focus on literacy and numeracy, as well as an emphasis on learning life skills, with every pupil having an individualised education plan that you will help deliver.
