The Role: Autism Support Worker

This is a full-time, long-term position starting after the summer break and continuing through the academic year and into the next. As an Autism Support Worker, you will be supporting pupils with autism and complex needs to help them meet their learning and development goals in a nurturing classroom environment. You will work one-on-one or in small groups, helping students build independence and confidence through engaging, tailored activities.

  • Has experience or strong knowledge of ASD and complex needs
