Art and Photography Teacher Role Plan and deliver engaging Art and Photography lessons at GCSE and BTEC Level 1/2. Inspire learners through a creative and practical curriculum that supports both academic and emotional development. Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of students with a wide range of learning profiles and SEMH challenges. Work collaboratively with pastoral and SEN teams to provide a holistic and consistent approach to student support. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. The Ideal Art and Photography Teacher Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching experience in Art and/or Photography. Proven experience of delivering GCSE and/or BTEC qualifications. A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEMH needs. Creative, resilient, and passionate about making a positive impact through the arts.
