Join Reeson Education as an After School Assistant, providing essential support at breakfast clubs and after-school programs across various schools. This flexible role allows you to make a positive impact on children’s lives outside of regular school hours. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the supervision of children during breakfast and after-school club activities Helping with the preparation and serving of healthy meals or snacks Organising and leading fun, age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and sports Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times Assisting with set-up and clean-up of the club area before and after sessions Supporting children with any individual needs and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or childcare setting A passion for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexibly, including mornings and afternoons Some of our schools are fairly rural, being able to drive would be a benefit.
