Are you a firm, authoritative, and dependable Behaviour Lead ready to step into a role where your leadership, control, and decisive communication drive clear, measurable improvements? Reeson Education are looking for a confident Behaviour Lead to work in a structured, high-expectation school environment in Doncaster (DN6) starting from September 2026. This position suits someone who brings presence, consistency, and a strong command of behaviour systems.

About the Role: As Behaviour Lead, you will take command of behaviour standards across the school, reinforce routines, and provide direct guidance to pupils who require firm structure. You will oversee behaviour frameworks, lead interventions, and maintain a disciplined, predictable learning environment.

Key Responsibilities as Behaviour Lead:

  • Behaviour Leadership: Drive whole-school behaviour expectations with consistency and authority.
  • Routine Management: Maintain strong daily structure, boundaries, and clear behaviour systems.
  • Targeted Interventions: Lead firm, outcome-driven interventions to improve conduct and self-discipline.
  • Behaviour Monitoring: Track behaviour data, incidents, and progress trends with precision.
  • Professional Coordination: Work efficiently with teachers, pastoral teams, leadership, and external agencies.

To succeed as a Behaviour Lead, you will need:

  • Experience in behaviour management, SEMH, pastoral leadership, or alternative provision.
  • A strong presence, controlled communication, and confident authority.
  • The ability to manage challenging behaviour with clarity, consistency, and firm decision-making.
  • A proactive, organised, and independent working style.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply through Reeson Education.
