Reeson Education are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil in a successful Hackney primary school starting September 2025.

Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Location: Hackney
Start Date: September 2025
End Date: July 2026
Daily Rate: £82.14 – £100

About the Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Provide tailored 1:1 support for a Year 4/5 pupil with additional needs

Adapt classroom activities to suit the child\’s individual learning requirements

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and implement strategies

Contribute to a positive, supportive classroom environment

Full-time position until the end of the academic year

Candidate Requirements – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a 1:1 capacity

Confident managing additional needs and behavioural challenges

Patient, dependable, and genuinely passionate about education

Strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills

Valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
