Delivering Primary Cover
- A Primary Supply Teacher will deliver provided lesson plans in appropriate EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classrooms.
- The Primary Supply Teacher will establish clear routines, manage behaviour positively and keep pupils focused.
- As a Primary Supply Teacher, you may adapt explanations and tasks for different attainment levels and pupils with SEND.
- A successful Primary Supply Teacher will work with Teaching Assistants and leave useful handovers about learning completed.
- Follow attendance, assessment and safeguarding procedures; any extra planning for longer bookings can be agreed in advance.
