Are you an experienced Playworker looking for school club work in Watford ? Reeson Education is recruiting for breakfast and after-school club support, helping children enjoy a safe, welcoming and engaging start and finish to their school day.
This opportunity suits a reliable Playworker who enjoys organising activities, building positive relationships and supporting children's wellbeing. Paediatric First Aid training is desirable but not essential.

Position: Playworker.
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire.
Pay: £14.25-£16.65 per hour, depending on experience.
Hours: Breakfast and after-school club sessions; exact shifts discussed on application.
Start: ASAP, following registration and safeguarding checks.
Your Role as a Playworker
As a Playworker , you will work alongside the club team to supervise children and deliver enjoyable activities before and after school.
Organise games, arts and crafts, outdoor play and age-appropriate activities.
Encourage children to participate, develop friendships and play cooperatively.
Support breakfast and snack routines, following hygiene and allergy procedures.
Promote positive behaviour through clear expectations and a calm approach.
Follow safeguarding, attendance and collection procedures.
Help keep the club space safe, tidy and organised.
What We're Looking For in a Playworker
Previous experience working with children in a school or nursery is essential.
A dependable, proactive Playworker who is confident supervising groups.
Availability for breakfast and/or after-school club sessions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
An enhanced DBS on the update service , or willingness to apply for one.
Paediatric First Aid training is desirable but not essential.
