Reeson Education is delighted to be working with an all-through primary and secondary school in Haringey that is looking to appoint an experienced SENCO to join its secondary phase.
This is an exciting opportunity for a SENCO who enjoys working strategically while remaining closely connected to pupils, staff and families. You will play an important role in shaping and developing SEND provision within the secondary school, whilst being part of a wider all-through SEND community.
The school is open to candidates available to start in November 2026 or January 2027 .

As the SENCO , you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and further develop SEND provision across the secondary phase
Work alongside teachers and leaders to strengthen inclusive practice
Support pupils with a diverse range of additional needs
Oversee EHCP processes, annual reviews and SEND documentation
Work closely with families and external professionals
Provide practical guidance to teachers and support staff
Help shape interventions and support strategies
Contribute to SEND development across an all-through school
Build strong relationships with pupils and become a key point of support for the wider school community
This is a role where your existing SENCO experience can be put to good use while allowing you to contribute to the continued development of SEND provision.
About You
The school is looking for an experienced SENCO who can bring:
Previous SENCO experience within a UK-based school - essential
Experience working with secondary-aged pupils
Strong knowledge of SEND provision and processes
Experience managing EHCPs and annual reviews
Confidence working with teachers, parents, carers and external agencies
Excellent organisational and communication skills
