This role would suit an experienced school or education professional with strong knowledge of finance, administration and operational management. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the school and its resources.
School Business Manager - The Role
- Managing school finances, budgets and expenditure
- Monitoring financial records and preparing reports
- Supporting budget planning and forecasting
- Managing purchasing, suppliers and contracts
- Overseeing administrative and operational processes
- Supporting HR and staff administration
- Managing premises, facilities and health and safety processes
- Ensuring effective use of school resources
- Supporting compliance with relevant school policies and procedures
