Immediate start with flexible work patterns at a Sports & Health Specialist School. Suitable for recent graduates or experienced Cover Supervisors. A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London. This position can be part or full time and will be temporary in the first instance.
If appointed as a Cover Supervisor, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
- Managing pupil behaviour in line with the school's policies
- Ensuring students complete their work
- Providing feedback to the team in relation to pupils' behaviour
The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor post will be between £85.50 to £120 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
The School is a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old, located in the London Borough of Bexley. Established in 2002, there are currently just over 1400 pupils on enrolment. Their motto is 'Learning Changes Lives'. Requirements:
You're welcome to apply if you're a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor. Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor. All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this role:
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
- UK Bachelor's Degree or an overseas equivalent
- Experience of working with children/teenagers or as a Cover Supervisor in UK Secondary schools
