About the role

As the National Account Manager for Turf Equipment, you’ll take the lead in shaping, growing, and elevating our relationships with major golf and grounds maintenance operators across the UK.

This is a role with real influence: you’ll own the performance, development, and long‑term success of a portfolio of high‑value, high‑complexity national accounts, while also opening doors to strategically targeted new business opportunities.

Your communication skills and proactive mindset will be key as you collaborate with colleagues across the business—from branch and dealer managers to divisional leaders and customer care teams—to deliver an exceptional experience for every major account.

You’ll champion our customer service reputation, strengthen partnerships with key decision‑makers and influencers, and negotiate with confidence to secure outcomes that drive mutual success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable sales, grow the customer base, and build a strong new‑business pipeline.
  • Support product range expansion and stay informed on key industry sectors.
  • Build strong relationships across all customer groups, including National Accounts, supported by consistent CRM use.
  • Communicate clearly with channel partners and resolve issues quickly and fairly.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences and improve retention through regular reviews.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal specialists to enhance customer outcomes.
