This role will suit a hands-on, delivery-focused engineer who can operate across the full project lifecycle — from early concept through to execution — while maintaining a strong grip on both technical and commercial outcomes.

  • Support capacity improvement and optimisation initiatives
  • Ensure delivery aligns with engineering standards, safety, and quality expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-qualified Engineer (Mechanical, Chemical, Process or similar)

  • Good commercial awareness — understands cost drivers, budgets, and value engineering
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
