Project Manager – Perm Our client, a large engineering design house, is looking for a Project Manager on a permanent basis to join their Northwest team. This role will be to support a number of projects in the brewing, dairy and fmcg industry so previous liquid processing experience is essential. As a Project Manager you will play an integral part in the management and delivery of CAPEX projects across a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for manage a portfolio of projects ranging from from end liquid handling and filling systems, putting in new state of the art carbon netural and carbon capture technology. New factory builds, extensions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Process/Chemical Engineer to join our client and co-ordinate projects including production/plant upgrades and sustainability plans. Responsibilities will include – * Generating technical process design packages * Generating Process Engineering documents for brewery, dairy, fmcg and biotech plant designs. * Ensuring projects are correctly documented * Developing commissioning plans * Providing general Process Engineering advice Experience required – * A degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering * Previous experience in the brewing sector or liquid processing plants * The ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical reports * Proficiency in MS Packages. * Experience in the following equipment is highly desirable. * Fermentation Vessels * Mixing Vessels * Agitators * CIP & SIP systems * Heat Pumps * Refrigeration and cooling systems * New heating and steam systems This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with some of the biggest food and beverage projects all over the world.
